About

Based in Calgary, Alberta, the Sinneave Family Foundation is a registered not-for-profit that partners with individuals, communities, and organizations across Canada to support Autistic youth and adults.

Since 2005, Sinneave has been committed to reducing barriers and enhancing opportunities in education, employment, and housing for those with autism. With several programs, services, and community resources available, Sinneave helps neurodivergent individuals live, learn, work, and thrive.

Challenge

Gravity Pull was approached by the Sinneave Family Foundation to plan, design, and execute a Canadian roadshow event centred on neuroinclusion and neurodiversity. This nationwide series sought to educate employers on building neurodiverse workplaces and connect them with local business leaders and advocates who have successfully integrated neuroinclusive best practices. The event also aimed to celebrate the businesses and individuals across Canada who are transforming workplaces through neuroinclusive hiring practices. With only one month to prepare for the inaugural event, Gravity Pull was tasked with coordinating nine events in eight distinct locations within a four-month timeline.
